See your first AI build working before you pay for it.
Two engineers, no middle layer. We automate the work you already do, build what your tools cannot, and connect it into department systems your team owns. If you want it on your own hardware, we put it there.
Move the mouse and the universe turns toward it. Drag to spin.

01 / What we build
Start with one workflow, a capability, or a department.
A / Automate
Recurring work, inside the tools you use. Your people approve the judgment calls.
B / Build
What your software cannot do yet. Working version first, then you decide.
C / AI OS
The department system those add up to. Any part switches off.
Example / Finance It runs the close. Every night it reconciles bank, card and intercompany activity against the ledger, drafts the accruals and journal entries with the source document attached, and chases open items by name. Your controller opens day one of close to a ledger that is already reconciled, with the exceptions ranked by dollars.
Example / Marketing It watches for the signals that mean a company needs you: permits, hires, funding, new locations. It writes the first message from what it found, sends it under a person's name once they approve the list, and hands sales only the replies.
Example / Sales It sits in on the call, drafts the proposal from the transcript and your price book, checks it against your last three deals like it, and puts a quote in the rep's hands within the hour, with the discount already inside the rules you set.
02 / How you keep control
Your hardware if you want it. Your code either way.
Your hardware
A DGX Spark-class box in your name, open-weight models on your premises. Local is weaker than frontier at some tasks; we say which.
Handover
Repo, vault, runbooks, training. Support after that is optional.
03 / Pricing
No build fee until you keep it.
Outside software, model usage and hardware are yours from day one, at cost, pre-approved. Walk and we remove it.
04 / Who we are
Two engineers, no middle layer.

05 / Before you ask
The short answers, as a spec sheet.
Leaves your network
Local build: nothing. Hosted model: a listed set you approve.
Owner on keep
Custom code, configuration, documentation. Your data, always.
Waits for a named person
Anything that moves money, posts to books, changes a price, contacts a customer.
If we are gone
Repo and vault are yours from week one. Runbooks are a deliverable.
Lead time
Two engineers, limited slots. Stated on the first call.
06 / Get started
Tell us what is eating your hours.
Or which department has the most recurring work to remove. A 30-minute call. We agree the first build, its keep price, and the test it must pass. No upfront build fee.
